Shocking customer services. Clueless staff Maria, Gary, Catherine who cannot help in anyway. Credit team not reachable, 46 days still no refund despite being told it will take 2-3 days. Sent numerous emails and phone calls, they never contact you, you have to chase them to get nowhere with them.
Product was of poor quality too. Do not shop there!
Ship partial order, no details on the rest of the order, no updates, nothing. There's no email or chat to inquiry about it. ONLY phone call. So here I am waiting on hold for 35 minutes for a stupid $12 tshirt they havent shipped. Keep your dang tshirt.

Most of Champion stuff - the quality was Ok, but sometimes the pictures on the website were misleading and actual fabric of the clothing was cheap and could see through.
The service is terrible I would give give them 0 star if I could. I've ordered the tracksuit for my son's birthday and matching shorts. These were in stock and not even low stock. Three days later I've received emailed my order is cancelled and that if I didn't cancel this myself then the items is out of stock. Same day four hours later I received another email which says 'your item is on the way'. This was only tracksuit bottoms. I rang the customer service and told them I'm dissatisfied with the service and the items were in stock when I placed the order. They gave me some stupid excuses and not even tried to find a solution or apologise. All they said is 'bs of the bank holiday maybe our website wasn't updated....' Well, that's not my problem. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!
If I cld give zero stars I would!!!! After placing my order and "receiving a 15% dicount" They did not have one of my items available, later informed me by email. The items I purchased were on sale. I was told they wld not charge me for the item they did not have. I was charged!! Then calling them the CSR was argumentative and stated my bill and receipt was $20 more than the copy I have of my balance and screenshots of my itemized bill, and also my PayPal and banking statement. She said they did not charge me the $20 however what she done and now sent me was my receipt but the items back to original price and no $15% discount. Because they didn't have the item, they removed my discount and sale of the item, now showing on their end $20 was deducted when my original statement and receipt from order matches my argument. Long story I know and still not everything, overall I will never purchase from them again. They wouldn't even allow me to show or send them proof they are wrong. I advised them I will chuck the measly $20 as a loss and cut ties. It is not the purpose of the $$ its the fact they are wrong on every level and their CS sucks... Bad for Business!!!!
Payed for fast shipping but the product arrived late. even later then free shipping would.
No customer service. Nobody to contact with. Not even on Facebook page.
I bought underwear and socks from this brand, I have never seen such a poor quality on a « famous » brand, incredible. Hype brand now but that’s all. Avoid !
Do not buy reverse weave hoodies any more unless you like bad quality. I bought one at Christmas made in Vietnam when I was in Australia and very happy with it. Bought another one for my son this month and made in China. Completely different fabric , lint on inside and stiching not the same. Its not right that people have to accept the lesser quality for same price. And its not right for the environment as it won't last as long. Check where you are buying your garments from Champion and compare to how they use to be made.
Do not buy from this Store. I paid $38 for a large animated talking Pumpkin.
What I received was a Euro/Dollar store small flashing light pumpkin that doesn’t even work.
After contacting Customer Service and asking for money back and a return label, all I got was frustrated, communications with customer service has now reached 10 emails. They apologised for the “mistake” and offered me a refund of $3. The fight goes on.
I returned two items that I received from Champion.com. It took 3-5 business days to receive these items. But, upon returning items, I still have not received credit back at 5 weeks. I called customer care, they said it takes about 6 weeks for returns. How awful is that and such lack of customer service for a trendy item. I refuse to order from their site again!

Email me on the day my product was supposed to arrive saying it’s out of stock even though they’ve already taken all my details and card details. Why is it on the website if it is out of stock? Absolute joke
